We were eating our curry and rice pretty quickly - I think my walking partner was pleasantly surprised at how quickly we were established and eating. This stove made the cooking process a breeze. I also bought the recommended item, H&S 10 Plates Foldable Outdoor Camping Cooker Wind Screen Gas Stove Windshield - if you are using this stove in a windy environment, I can recommend the windshield too.
