No, I don't think this will work for W211 E500. What is compatible with 2003 Mercedes Benz E500 W211, is Item No. 2113200158 Air Suspension Valve. They do not look similar at all.

How do you remove the white plugs?

I would advise that you DO NOT buy this item. I purchased one recently and straight from the box it was faulty. It was leaking all around the welds. I contacted the seller, explained, even try sending a video of the item leaking with the soap and water test and they completely ignored me. Do not buy this item it is of significantly inferior quality to the original part.
