Could this hold a lunch box, 2 litres of water & 700ml of water as well?

I brought this for my grandson and he fitted all his school books, PE kit, lunchbag and water bottle and still had room in it.

Does anyone know the volume capacity in litres?

Sorry no. But the bag is a generous size and made of strong material. I bought another 2 as they are so useful.

Anyone tell me the width of the opening, I can see the bottom is 40cm but it seems in the pictures to narrow up to the opening.

It's the same width top and bottom. But because of the tie string, the top may not be able to accommodate as much stuff. Hence the narrowing effect.

Does it fits a pillow?

I tried mine it fitted OK. My pillow is not chunky.
