Occasionally there is a pairing issue but I just need to turn them off and then back on and it fixes itself. The charge lasts a long time, they have great sound, and stay in my ears even when running. I use them at the gym often with no issues. I do have a hard time hearing other people when they are in my ears but that is the point most of the time.
