My granddaughter was having some depression issues & was literally picking away at her fingers until they bled.....I got these rings for her to help her ease through her mental issues. She absolutely loves them! Not only were they cute & stylish but they were true to size & she literally wears one or two of them every day. I highly recommend these for any one going through issues & need something to distract yourself from your thoughts a bit.

I got these to use as fidgets for my son and daughter - one with anxiety and one with ADHD. The variety of styles included made it easy for both of them to find ones they would like to wear and could comfortably use. They are a bit big and only a few are adjustable but that’s kinda how it goes with this type of costume-ish jewelry. I would recommend

I LOVE these rings. I have adhd and fidget a lot. I’m a size 8 and all of the rings fit perfectly expect for the beaded one (I ordered the 6 piece silver). It was a little big so it’d slip off sometimes which wasn’t a big deal to me. However, today I reached into my back pocket for my phone and the ring got caught on a loose thread which pulled the ring apart and all the beads fell off. It’s an issue with how the ring was constructed using a bead to be a connector of the wire ends that can easily be separated. They should’ve have the wire ring be a full connected band with the beads around it. If you can I’d avoid getting that ring specifically but all the other rings are wonderful and would be 5 stars. I do also want to mention that you will make noice wearing these but I love being a human tambourine and it makes clapping very amusing for me.

I wear one almost daily. It doesn't turn your finger green. And it spins really well. Good for anxiety fidgeting

I wasn't sure about ordering these, but I am glad I did. They are great for fidgeting, I love the different styles, and with eight of them, I can gift one to others.

Very cute rings. I get very fidgety so I got these to keep my hands some what busy without being to noticeable. Only downside is some rings were too big for my fingers :( but at least some fit
