The packaging is really top notch. Substantial materials, great look, and makes a great initial impression. The headphones are well built, look great and the cord has a pleasant grippy texture. Another thing worth mentioning is that I tested the built in microphone with a phone call and the clarity was awesome. The person I was talking to had no issues hearing me.Unfortunately that's where the good ends.I know that these headphones are geared towards bass, but so are the majority of my headphones and they can still deliver across the whole audio spectrum, just with an emphasis on the bass. These headphones sound muddy and not at all clear. There is far too little treble and they just don't sound like a finished product. I lent these to a friend to get a second opinion and he said the same thing. For the price I know that other brands that sound better and are more comfortable.Speaking of comfort, there just isn't any here. The included silicone and foam tips are good enough but on the part of the headphone that goes into the ear it is machined with the cool looking layered approach but those awesome looking layers dig into your ear (I have included a picture of that to hopefully clarify what I am talking about). I had to go to the large foam tips just so the headphones wouldn't dig into my ear and those didn't fit properly so I ended up with a set of headphones that were useless.I love cheap headphones, I love how most of them sound and I love that you can use them everyday without stressing over the replacement cost if something were to happen to them.I just don't see the point of these.
