I'm using this tape to strap my Achilles tendons to help with tendonosis as advertised by physio. I wanted the tape to be fun and colourful and this tape is just that. It also sticks well and doesn't fray much and is easy to apply.It can stay on for a good 5 days. It is also reasonably priced. I would recommend and buy again.

worked really well tbh would reccomend it's good considering the price, really sticky though so if you have it on for only a day then take it off the adhesive will stay on your skin

I had previously used other makes of Kinesiology Tape and have bad experiences as have become allergic in the past, so I was concerned when needed to use Kinesiology Tape again. . After a lot of research I decide on this make , mainly as it stated it was hypoallergenic and water resistant. I am so pleased that I have had no reaction and this is water Resistant, I can wash my hands and its stayed in place really well. I am really impressed and will be buying more.

The review is a bit long but hear me out lads! We were doing the regular house deep cleaning and suddenly My husband was in agony with his shoulder and knee (he has some old injuries which pop up now and then) on last Friday I ordered this tape and he put it on. And voila he was all up and ready the next day to play his 45 overs cricket match. He even scored a 137 not out. So it is indeed a miracle tape. The elasticity is awesome and sticks just like my 8 month old to me (very clingy) so we definitely give it a five stars. And the smart design on it? Cherry on top. My husband flexes his biceps better now!

This tape is excellent! I have used a variety of different tapes over the years, and this is the best one so far. Easy to cut and shape, applies well, and stays on really well, even in the swimming pool. I love the different colours & patterns as well!

I did a 10km run and had a support on also so was a lot of sweating, with reading reviews was worried of it coming off, skin reaction etc but was absolute fine for the 3 hours it was in. The sweat made no difference and didn’t hurt to peel. Helped with support so happy with this

Hi, trans guy here who used this tape for chest binding!I've used other brands of kinesiology tape for the same use and this tape works just as well as any other, its secure for several days sticks well, and doesn't stretch too much over time! so i assume it also works well for more mainstream and intended uses.The issue that i will warn about is that you should ABSOLUTELY always patch test. I found that during both a patch test (give or take 6 hours), and on the first use (4 days), the tape wasn't too painful or irritating, but on the second use, and more specifically the removal, the tape had heavily irritated the skin around my chest and ribs, leaving open cuts, blisters (blistering could be due to mistakes in the application ill admit) and irritation that will not go away no matter how hard i scratch.i planned to keep the tape on for another 2 days (having been wearing it for 2 already) but the irritation had built beneath the tape enough for me to want to tear it off very painfully. Removal is quite easy with the aid of baby oil and a flannel cloth, but it did take off my skin and did leave red burning patches.TLDR: Please patch test for extended periods of time.Application - Easy, with a handy guide tooEffectiveness - Great, holds for several days without stretching or peeling muchComfort - likely dependent on your skin, but the glue caused itchiness and blisteringremoval - the horrors (for me at least) make sure to have baby oil handy to help with the glue.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Les bandes adhèrent bien à la peau et permettent de réaliser des strappings qui tiennent correctement dans le temps. Je n’ai constaté aucune irritation lors de leur utilisation. La bande est souple et agréable à poser. Petit conseil : sur une zone avec beaucoup de poils, mieux vaut raser ou tondre avant la pose pour une meilleure adhérence… et surtout pour le retrait !

Ottimo tape, resistente, a differenza degli altri, e si vede subito appena stai per applicarlo, aderisce perfettamente e dopo 6 docce devi provvedere tu a toglierlo con acqua e sapone!!!

Muy buena sujeción, no sé desprenden tras varios días y no crea alergia piel. Bellos colores y diseño.

j'ai acheté ce tape car celle qui sont vendu dans les grandes surface ou magasin de sport crée des démangeaisons. donc j'ai opté pour ce produit comme il est hypoallergénique mais aucun effet !Bon produit mais j'ai des doute pour son étiquette hypoallergénique.
