Works great for makeup removal!
It's a good compromise between squeaky clean or heavily moisturized. It does dissolve makeup but it's not harsh. The smell is a clean "soapy" smell which is not too strong, but if you are looking for NO scent, pass on this one. It doesn't foam. A lot of cleansers are foam now, but I don't see the point. This is an inexpensive, simple facial cleanser that I think would fit most women's needs. Of all the facial cleansers I've tried I like this one best.

2 nice big cetaphil cleanser. No odor,no perfumes,lathers up nicely. Since using cetaphil face wash, I have had no itchiness or rashes, something that used to happen to me when I washed my face. Hypoallergenic and cleans my face as well as any other cleansers but at a great price.

The BEST face wash for breakouts.
This has been the only facial cleanser I have been able to use for some time now. I saw it recommended by a makeup artist on youtube. For some reason when I started nearing my 30th yr, I started to break out along the top of my back and shoulders, as well as my face. Hormones change over time, so I guess it just happens! Anywho, this face wash has been a life saver for me! I use it on my face and back, and after using it for a few weeks I cleared up nicely, and now I rarely get any pimples. I am able to wear tank tops again without being embarrassed. I might sound like a cheesy infomercial talking about this, but I really can't say enough about how much it helped me. I had tried Proactive, clearasil, and so on and so on, but I found out that they were just really irritating my skin and making the situation a little worse. I really can't recommend this enough, I wish someone would have told me about it in my teenage years!

The best cleanser out there
I have tried every facial cleanser known to man and this is by far, the most superior. I wear a lot of makeup and use this to take it off nightly--eliminating the need for makeup wipes, cold creams, etc. and anything else harsh or aggravating to my sensitive skin. I love how it's not too foamy and never leaves my face dry, peeling or burning. It is extremely gentle and user-friendly (water optional!--it can also be used by can rubbing it in the skin and wiping the product off with a clean cloth)
