Fav protein
Humapro is my go to protein. I've searched but no specific dietary details. I use a flavor squirter to change up the taste from time to time. You won't go wrong with Humapro.

Clean Product!
Although this is a clean top quality product, the taste is somewhat hard to get used to as it's bland and does not mix well in water. (once mixed, it tends to leave white residue).
