Tablet artist 16 2nd generation does not connect

The tablet is no good! Do not buy! Expensive for no reason. I bought it in may 2024 and use it. I am tech savy and the pc shows an error that it does not connect to the device which is the tablet. Checked all PC updates. No avail. There is no dealer in Dubai to fix it so to the trash.
