A: It’s 115 v. unit works well.

**Q: Do you have to have a contractor install it or can you install yourself? Is the line pre-charged?**
A: It would be advisable to have a contractor install if you don't have experience. The line is not charged.

**Q: Are the lines pre charged ?**
A: The unit comes charged with the refrigerant, but you have to pull a vacuum on the lines after they are connected. Once a vacuum is pulled and held without losing the negative pressure, the refrigerant can be released into the system.

**Q: Can you use additional lineset on this? I need a total of 40ft so I was going to use the 16ft it comes with and 25ft additional. Will it still run ok?**
A: It will run fine like this but additional R410a has to be added on start up to allow for the extra line set length. The manual covers this in good detail.
