Review: No digestive issues! - I was taking Calm regularly for stress reduction, but was very sensitive gastrically to that product. Since I take a lot of medications and suppliments I was worried that was flushing out all the medications I needed to absorb. Since taking Magnesium Glycenate in pill form (about 2 months now) I have avoided those gastric issues, which not only makes me more comfortable.... but can only assume this equals better overall digestion and absorbtion of food, suppliments and medications as well. Good product! Note the pills are rather large. Might be the largest size pill for a suppliment I have taken yet. So if your gag reflex is sensitive these may be kinda big for you. I assume you can grind them down if needed, but that may defeat the point of avoiding gastric sensitivities (?). Anyways, thought of that as I hace had a few friends who I know could not swallow a pill this size due to thier gag reflex.
