Good Product
So far so good. The dehumidifier was easy to set up and get going. I have been running it for a couple of weeks now and it works just as expected. It runs quiet, is easy to set and the automatic turn off function is great. My only complaint is that the tank is fairly small, so if you do not set this up to drain, you will be dumping the tank fairly often. I would also recommend buying a size bigger than what you would need. At 1,500 sq ft I think it works best for floorplans less than that. I would recommend this to someone looking for a reasonable price and reliable product.

A wonderful dehumidifier at last
I actually wanted to buy a dehumidifier that is quiet and can manage the high humidity on our bathrooms. I took a chance on this manufacturer. I have had dehumidifiers from big brands in the past but none lasted for very long. This one came well packed. Waited a couple days to unpack and set it up. Compared to any other brand that we have had this seems by far the best with quality. Weighs about what others do. We have it hooked up to a hose now that comes with it. No struggling with big front floppy tanks. The tank has not leaked when we tried that too. Even high fan is almost as quiet as the low. It seems fairly easy to run. It does not seem to have a problem keeping the humidity under control. Why I wanted to try this size is I wanted it to pull humidity from other rooms especially from my bathroom which is next to the living room. The dehumidifier is definitely doing that. I have had it for more than a week now. It seems to be doing a great job. But it is the month of September and it is not as humid as it has been. This brand is definitely the best. One thing I have found I really like about this dehumidifier is the water tank and the build quality. It seems to be more solid than others I have tried and the wheels on it feel solid, not going to break under the weight of the water. The plastic doesn't feel as though it is going to crush or break. It collects a lot of water and shuts off when full. That is what I wanted. It's running smoothly, quietly, pulling water out of the air, and using less energy. What more could you ask for? I would strongly recommend to go for this brand if you are looking for a quality dehumidifier.

Compact unit - highly recommended and better than expected
I’m extremely impressed with this 1500 sq. ft. dehumidifier! It’s much quieter than I expected, which is a huge plus—especially for running it throughout the day and night without any disruption. Setup was quick and simple, and I had it up and running within minutes. The performance is what really stands out. It immediately started pulling moisture from the air, and I could feel the difference in comfort almost right away. The space feels fresher, less humid, and overall more pleasant. If you’re looking for an efficient, user-friendly dehumidifier that actually delivers results, I highly recommend this one. Definitely a great investment for improving air quality and comfort in your home!

Dehumidifier
Humidifier works well. It has a small footprint and is very quiet. My only regret is that I should have bought a larger model for my application as the model rated for 1500 sq feet doesn’t seem to ever satisfy a 40% humidity set point in my ranch homes maybe 1200 sq ft basement. Seems to hangout in the mid 50%’s most of the time which is still better than it was before. Other than that, it seems like a very solid product.

Powerful Dehumidifier
I’m very impressed with this dehumidifier. It works extremely well, within just a couple of hours of running at full capacity, it completely filled the water tank, which really shows how effective it is. You can tell it uses a real compressor, not like those cheaper electric units with Peltier semiconductor plates. It’s also very easy to use, with a simple setup. On top of that, it arrived super fast, which was a great. Overall, I highly recommend this dehumidifier for basements or large rooms. Great performance and excellent value!

Compact and quiet.
Great quality item. Works well. Pulls so much water out of our basement, we have to empty the bin twice a day. Quiet as well.

Compact, quiet, and packed with smart features
This dehumidifier from Aiusevo stands out for its thoughtful design, reliable performance, and user-focused details that make a real difference in daily use. First, the compact design is a big plus. Standing just over 17 inches tall and less than 8 inches wide, it fits easily into tight spaces, making it perfect for apartments, bedrooms, or even RVs. Despite its small size, it’s rated to cover up to 2,000 square feet and can remove up to 30 pints of moisture daily under ideal conditions (95°F, 90% RH). I’ve used it in a finished basement and a laundry room, and it has effectively controlled humidity levels without any issues. The unit has three distinct modes: DEHU for general humidity control, DRY for drying clothes (a surprisingly handy feature that my wife loves), and CONTINUOUS for very damp areas, like basements. I mostly use DEHU mode, which allows you to set your target humidity between 30% and 80% in 5% steps. The digital display is bright and easy to read, even in low light, and the touch controls are simple to use. One of the key features is the dual drainage system. You can either depend on the 0.52-gallon tank, which automatically turns off the unit when full, or use the included 3.28-foot drain hose for continuous operation. I chose the hose setup in the basement, and it has been running smoothly without needing manual emptying. The automatic defrost function is another brilliant addition, because it prevents frost buildup on the coils, which is especially helpful in cooler spaces and cold climates. Noise levels are remarkably low. Even at the higher fan setting, it emits a gentle hum that blends into the background. I’ve left it running overnight in a bedroom without disturbing sleep. The built-in handle and smooth-rolling wheels make it easy to move between rooms, and the removable filter is easy to clean, helping to keep it efficient over time. A few thoughtful extras enhance the package. The included cloth storage cover is a nice touch—it keeps the unit dust-free when not in use. The user manual is refreshingly well-written and easy to follow, which is something I don’t take for granted. And the 3-year warranty gives me confidence that the manufacturer stands behind their product. In short, this is a well-engineered, user-friendly dehumidifier that exceeds expectations. It’s small, quiet, and packed with features that make it easy to use. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to control humidity without the size or noise of larger units.

Aiusevo AS320 - Compact, Efficient, Easy to use - Updated
The company did respond. They gave me a test to perform. From the results they determined that the dehumidifier may be underperforming due to insufficient refrigerant. They have issued a full refund. Kudos to them for standing behind their product. This is an update to my original review. I used this dehumidifier last summer in my basement. It worked, but not that great. My basement never got below 60% humidity. This year when I started it up again after not using it during the winter, it does not dehumidify at all. after running it for a few days NOT drop in humidity. I contacted service.... crickets. So much for the 3-year warranty. So, I bought a new one. A GE Model ADSE50XWT1. This is a real one. What a difference. Basement Already down to 50% in less than a day. Wish I had bought this one from the start. Both dehumidifiers have the same specs of 50 pints/day - large basement coverage (5000 sq. ft). But the GE works. Received product from Amazon in good condition. Only complaint is that the product requires it be shipped in the upright position. This is on the product packaging. But Amazon put it inside another box which did not display this requirement, so it was shipped laying on its side. However, this seems to have not effected the product. As a precaution I let it stand upright for a day before using. When considering the product, I was concerned the small 0.5-gallon water tank, but my intent was to connect it to my A/C condensate pump. So, I bought it based on the stated product spec's, size, efficiency and quietness. I first tested the product not connected to the pump so I could see it work and get a feel for how much humidity would be removed by the unit. I am using it in my basement, and I found it filled the tank fairly quickly. Thus, worked well. Once I was happy with that, I connected it to the condensate pump. This was easy with the supplied hose. It has been running now for a few days in this mode. I set the humidity level on the unit to 50%. I have a separate humidistat to monitor and can see the reduced humidity level. Overall, I am very happy with the unit, its quietness, ease of use, and general operation. Note that the user manual under continuous drainage is a bit confusing. It says to take the water tank out. Not sure why. I needed to reinsert the water tank for the unit to run, as I found out.
