I used this pan for the first time to make an omelet, and I was genuinely impressed. The omelet slid right out with zero sticking, even without much oil. The nonstick granite surface works exactly as advertised. The pan heats evenly, feels sturdy without being too heavy, and the glass lid is a nice bonus for keeping an eye on food while it cooks. Cleanup was effortless—just a quick wipe and it looked brand new. I also appreciate that it’s PFOA-free, which gives me peace of mind when cooking. Overall, this is a great-quality pan for eggs, omelets, and everyday use. I’d definitely recommend it and would purchase again.

I’m really impressed with the Carote non-stick pan! From the first use, it heated evenly and cooked everything without food sticking — even eggs and pancakes slid right off with minimal oil. Great pans and are nonstick. These come dissasembled with wooden handle and screwdriver and great instructions. Pans are really good at not sticking, and are easy to clean. Not too heavy (even the big ones are nicely weighted) but are sturdy. Cooks evenly and works well. Perfect size. Excellent value for the cost!

This fry PAN is perfect for omelets and it heats very evenly.I really like the handle because it's easy to hold on to and the whole thing is very well.Balanced , also , it's extremely easy to clean

I have been using this pan for about a week. It cooks evenly, and cleans fairly easily. If I could make one suggestion to the manufacturer it would be a small change in Design. After I use a pan, I frequently let them soak above my sink with some water in them. However I can’t do that with this pan because the “handle for a hook” (don’t know if there is a name for that), is not flat on the bottom. It spins, effectively dumping any water out of it. I would change that feature if I could.

Good quality. Nice weight. Excellant non stick coating. Easy to clean. My only negative is handle is not oven proof. This will not prevent me from buying CAROTE in other sizes.

Our CAROTE non stick frying pan is a great addition to our kitchen. My husband is very hard on skillets and we usually need to replace them somewhat frequently. After using and loving a CAROTE pot in the matching style for several years, when I saw this frying pan in my suggestions I bought it for him - it’s been a few weeks of heavy use and he’s happy with how it cooks, I’m happy with how it is holding up, and my in home care giver (professionally trained chef) who helps with my meal preparation has been impressed with its performance as well. Amazing quality for the cost. If it’s anything like the pots of the same brand it should last us for years.

I’ve been using pans from this set for a couple months and I love them. I’m 77 and was using pans accumulated over a lifetime. Haven’t had a non stick pan since the 70s so my delight with the features is a daily treat. I love the bottoms, they distribute heat amazingly. The weight of the pans lets you know this is serious cookware. I no longer had a pan with a matching lid so I am ecstatic. I made a bean soup that simmered forever and the steam release kept moisture in without bubbling over. So easy to clean and visually attractive. I can’t stop admiring them.

Gute kleine Pfanne. Vllt bestelle ich mir die noch mal eine Nr. größer. Bis jetzt ist sie bei tgl. Gebrauch mit Bearbeitung eines Holzlöffels unverletzt. Andere beschichtete Pfannen hielten auch einem Holzlöffels nicht stand. Und ich hoffe, daß diese Pfanne auch vollständig PFAS-frei ist. Das war der Hauptgrund meiner Bestellung. Lieferung erfolgte auch zügig.
