I ordered the M40 cable glands and, overall, they feel solid and well made. They also come with a rubber gasket, which is a nice addition. Unfortunately, the supplied M40 locknuts are tapered, and this isn't mentioned in the product listing. This won't be an issue if you're mounting it through thick material, but on thinner panels it's impossible to tighten the gland properly because the tapered nut bottoms out before it clamps securely. I managed to make them work by adding large washers to make up the difference, but it's something potential buyers should be aware of if they're fitting these to thin enclosures or sheet metal.

Good quality product, seems to maintain the enclosure's IP rating well and has survived well outside in heavy rain and variable temperatures.
