I have definitely seen or feel and improvement. I had recently lost a lot of weight in all my feminine areas in a good and bad way so when I regained weight during the holidays I decided to incorporate this into my health routine and weightloss journey so I would not make the same mistake twice and lose my butt or breast volume. I have been taking this product for 6+ years. I started taking it at age 57 primarily for prostate health fully aware of the side effects. Guys should think carefully about taking this, as the phytoestrogens (plant estrogen) in it are quite strong resulting in breast enlargement. The side effect is reduced after taking it daily for 2+ years and now it is just a part of my daily supplements.
