If you're on a GLP-1 these are am must!!! The shots made me constipated and uncomfortable. Several months ago I had a urethra procedure and thought these would be a good addition to keep things healthy. They have worked great with the constipation and no issues with UTIs and such. Will repurchase over and over.

Love them! I get UTI’s often from drinking alcohol and this definitely clears up and provides comfort immediately. I would purchase a few more times . Easy to swallow.

Small but powerful
Let start by saying, this keeps my ph together and yeast away. I was having issues with hard stools and this has solved that problem as well. I have to admit tho. You have to drink a lot of water with this or your urine will be sooo dark. But overall i love it!

The product has long expiry date. The tiny pearl is easy to swallow and works for me. I just hope seller improves on the packaging.
