Great new gluten free food!
Gatom's Fonio was wonderful - one of the best new gluten free foods we have had in a while. Following the cooking instructions on the packaging was easy and the appetizer came out delicious. Even our son who can be quite picky loved it! Look forward to experimenting new recipes with Gatom's Fonio. Highly recommend it!

The grain itself is delicious. After cooking, I was able to break it into smaller pieces. Later, I pan fried it as a side and everyone liked it. This company is significantly more expensive than Earth's Goodness, which also states it is non-GMO and fair trade.

A must have!
Ohhhh my gosh yumm. Ok to me any ways. Cooks up fast only 4 servings in a bag but totally worth it. The health benefits are a definite bounce. Just had my first serving with molasses and coconut manna. :)Oh it's like eating grits or fine ground up rice cooked like a porridge.

Love this product!
I use this product in lieu of oatmeal for breakfast and it is delicious! In addition, it's a super grain and gluten free. I highly recommend Fonio!
