My pups will no longer be opening the windows or scratching up the doors! Very durable and easy to install. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Extremely well made *by K***B on Reviewed in the United States on March 28, 2019* I purchased this product and tried to install them as instructed. I tried to use the tabs to install to between the window and door with no luck. There was absolutely no space.......So then I attempted to install them using the self adhesive Velcro. It initially stuck but fell off both doors quickly. So I called 4Knines customer service. Their customer service is excellent. I was given an alternative method to try. I decided to go about installing them my way after thinking about it. I went to Lowes, purchased some TREX adhesive transfer tape. It is not the paper thin transfer tape. It's about 1" in width x 1/16" thick and is advertised to hold up to 15 lbs. I put the tape all the way across the upper part of each panel. Installed them yesterday and they are still holding fast. Now I am 100% satisfied !!!!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Good so far but not perfect *by E***S on Reviewed in the United States on March 1, 2023* The tan color seen on screen is pretty much what it looks like outside. I would have liked to see it in a lighter color but it would probably be more difficult to keep clean. I tend to like the look and feel of softer fabrics (micro suede) but I can see how this is better in the sense that it won’t collect dog hair. I haven’t washed it yet so I can’t speak to how well they hold up after a wash and whether stains come off easily since this is a light color fabric. They come with an adhesive backing which I’m guessing will hold them down better, but I would never use them because I don’t want to damage the leather in my car. Unfortunately, this means that they don’t stay down well when you have to roll the window down and back up. My dog is always begging to have the windows lowered. While these door protectors install very easily, they also come off very easily after rolling the windows down and back up a couple of times. Unfortunately, I don’t think there are any door protectors that have gotten this issue down. I think this particular line is solid in terms of quality and aesthetics. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/43915359-4knines-dog-car-door-cover-for-cars-trucks-and-suvs](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/43915359-4knines-dog-car-door-cover-for-cars-trucks-and-suvs) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
