Clinique Liquid Facial Soap Mild, 6.7 Ounce

I'm 76 years old and have been busy this product for years! That should tell how I feel about it!

I thought I was getting the bottle in the picture, which had a pump on it. The manufacturer now makes it with a purple flip cap on it. That was what was delivered to me. I used it to refill the pump bottle that I have, so I hope my old bottle lasts forever!

Its pictured in a pump bottle, but I got a flip lid to squeeze out the soap, not happy about that. I've ordered from this company before so I was surprised.

There was no safety seal on the bottle opening. I am very reluctant to use the product, it could have been tampered with.

Same product you would find in Macy's or Dillard's but its a little less expensive on amazon, so why bother going in when you know they only pay attention to you if you look like you are going to spend hundreds on makeup.I have been using this face wash for 5 years now and this is the 3rd bottle I've bought, that is how long it lasts, it helps with dry or oily skin as I tend to get both depending on the weather. Since I have been using it my skin always feels and looks great. I am 33 and people believe I am lying, they think I am in my early 20's.

Although I love this product, the company sent me the one with the Flip top instead of the pump. They claim there are no returns for this product. It is their mistake. this is unacceptable!
