Works and price is great.
I recently needed to terminate a 6 fiber orange Multi-Mode inside building and I ordered a kit with a cleaver that no matter what I did to adjust the cleave it would not cut the fiber. I ordered this kit due to the video and it works as shown. The little cheap cleaver works perfectly and all six of fiber LC connections are working. I used the Fiber Light while inserting the fiber to the LC connector which helps.

Took a while to learn. Took these pictures to help me.
I am no expert so it took me a while but I think I finally got it down. All my connections work. Took these pics to help me. Maybe they will help you. Did need to buy a tool (jic-375) to at least strip outer blue jacket and inner nylon (yellow/white) insulation off the acetate coating around the glass fiber. The other tool this kit provided seemed adequate to remove the acetate coating. FWIW: reusing the connectors does not work for me. Maybe some bits get left behind.

Works well if you do it right
The instructions were a bit unclear, but if you examine the accompanying pictures closely and don't skip any steps you'll do well. Bring a bright light and reading glasses.

Cheap connectors
These are cheap and suffer from quality control issues. Some of the connectors have defects. You get what you pay for.

decent connectors. cheap, crappy tools.
connectors don't fit over my fiber jacket.. cleaver works maybe half the time.. tossed it in the trash and purchased better tools. couldn't even get a link light using these tools. be better if they just dropped the price a little and left out the cheap tools they include.

Instructions are not too helpful, take some time to learn them before you install
The instructions are very sparse. The good news is these are re-usable so it you mess one up, you can always do it again. The big gotcha is that the stripped fiber needs to extend further into the connector body than you might think. You truly want to push it in until it stops, then a tiny but further until there is a slight arc in the fiber. At this point lock it down.

works fine, wish it secured the outer 2mm sheath
I didn't have any issue with getting it to work, I did see some insertion loss, but it was less than 1 dbm and not a problem. I used the cleaver it came with, and my own strippers. The only downside, is that it only secures the 900um tight buffer of the fiber, not the 2 or 3mm outer jacket. It would have been a relatively simple matter to design this such that the outer jacket is captured and cinched down. The end result is rather delicate and should be contained in an enclosure, and not directly use it in a patch panel or the back of a server. Certainly one doesn't have to use an enclosure, but it's risky as exposed 900um buffer is usually protected against physical bumping.

Works but difficult to use
I was about to come on here and leave a bad review + request a refund BUT on my 7th try, I was able to successfully get a connection. I had to strip my fiber back further than in the video or the pictures show or even the guide on the tool. I would say these are very fragile and should really only be used in a pinch. I had a cable to an outbuilding that made a lot more sense to repair using these than try to replace it.
