Article vraiment 5 étoiles ! Durable, cuisson uniforme et parfaite, facile à démouler. Nécessite même pas graisser et fariner. Et ce que j'ai apprécié le plus c'est que la couleur dorée et parfaitement uniforme par rapport aux moules en silicone qui brunis les relief des motifs.

Order this form because of the style, I haven't baked on it yet, but it will do just fine because I have other ones and they are fantastic.

OMG this pan is as advertised. I made a Kentucky butter cake and it was perfect.

I own dozens of Bundt pans of all shapes and sizes and bake nearly every day, but this is one of my favorites for two reasons—it’s stunningly simple (the design is deep and the cake releases beautifully) and it’s one of the few with a relatively flat top on which you can mound fruit (if you don’t mind covering the petal pattern). The first cake I made with it got awesome reviews from my teenage grandson, even before he tasted it! I must admit, even I was pleasantly surprised by how stunning a dark chocolate cake made with this pan turned out. :) I don’t have a long history with Baker’s Secret pans (I’m usually more of a Nordic Ware baker), but if this pan consistently performs over time, I would give it the highest marks and look to add others to my collection. (As with any Bundt pan, the real secret is making sure you spray it first with a baking spray with flour and use a soft/silicone basting brush to evenly spread the spray over the entire surface of the pan).
