I knew this was the rolling pin I wanted when I saw it, but the reviews??? I knew all of these people just didn't know how to remove a simple sticker. SMH... So my rolling pin arrives and I see the sticker that I think the devil created in Hell. That thing was so stuck on!!! I always rub my wood tools in mineral oil when I buy them just to protect them from ME! So I applied the oil making sure to keep that sticker covered and let it soak for almost 2 hours... still stuck. WTH? So I scraped the paper off the top and let it soak for another hour... Adhesive still remained. Got out a plastic scraper and went at it to avoid damaging the wood. Finally got it off and all of the adhesive. Having worked retail in the past, I understand stickers fall off and the company wants to avoid that. But seriously?Aside from all of that, I LOVE this rolling pin and would buy it again. I think it's going to be with me for the long haul. :)
