This is the best. the taste is great, like a treat. It does not have much chance at longevity because i finish them so quickly. The vitamin content is good one dropper full for a good dose. I think in a liquid the absorption of vitamin is better and never have I had it bother my stomach or digestion.

I’ve used this product for years and it is wonderful! I couldn’t absorb pills, sublingual or regular. I’ve also tried injections prescribed by the doctor and they didn’t work! These are the best B12‘s. I have found, it works great. It has three top forms of B12 in it. This is the one you want to get. It’s quick to use under the tongue for 15 seconds and then you’re done.

It should not be so hot the whole glass bottle , it was under the sunshine for so long, it it is liquid supplement , I am not sure if B12 still work or not due to the temperature of the bottle is so high, I am vegan, I need the B12 to work properly for me
