They can be adjusted to extend 15mm longer, but gets kind of wobbly/lose so I wouldn't recommend using the adjusting height, especially for heavy things, and to just use them for their exact advertised height of 50mm. I wouldn't recommend using these to hold really heavy drawers or cabinets. I purchased these to give my Ikea Linmonn table-top a little lift. Placed in between Ikea Alex Drawers.
