Armen Living Jaguar Mid-Century Dining Chair in Walnut Wood and Green Fabric

This chair is lovely! It was very easy to put together. If you pay attention to the photos in the instructions (the spacing of the legs and the icons that tell you when to tighten all the way and when to tighten only 70% of the way), it will be easy for you to put together too. I used a flashlight to shine into the holes to help me see I was lined up. It is well made—the wood is nice, it has metal reinforcements around each bolt hole, has little rubber pieces on the foot of each leg so it doesn’t scratch the floor, and plastic pieces to cover the bolt tops on the back of the chair. I wouldn’t go leaning back super hard, as it’s obviously not strong enough to handle a ton of pressure like that. The green one I purchased was true to color to the pictures in the description. This chair is the perfect height for my piano too! I don’t think I could have designed one to better fit with the piano and rug I have. Love!

Belles chaises, beau design et bois et tissu d’apparence de qualité. Cependant, à peine un an d’usure et le rembourrage de l’assise est déjà aplati. Très décevant considèrent le prix quand même dispendieux pour des petites chaises de cuisine.

We really liked the Mid Century Modern look of these chairs and were anticipating their arrival. Amazon Driver was awesome, delivered all 4 chairs upstairs to our apartment in two boxes. Assembly instructions were good with things well labelled, however a very large problem came up when trying to attach the chair back to the seat. The holes were drilled too far apart for the seat back to be attached properly. See photos. I opened a second box after measuring the first one and found it too was incorrectly drilled. Thus it was not an anomaly but a quality control issue that was not caught. How many of these chairs are incorrectly drilled I'll never know. What concerns me is they will end up in a land fill!!
