Took tofu making to the next level
I had a basic press before I got this and it was OK!But this makes the tofu a touch firmer and is much easier to use. No need for separate bowls to catch the water etc

Nope. Not easy to useThe tofu we buy can only be pushed into the press by my husband. My hands aren't big enough to push down equal pressure on all 4 sides to clip it
