Received the Bible with minor damage at the bottom right of the Bible. Packaging was not good as it failed to prevent damage. But Completely satisfied with the Bible itself. It has been beautifully made. Love it.🥰🥰💟

This is a lovely Bible that has been manufactured to a high standard. I don't usually purchase Bibles that are vinyl bound, but I'm delighted that I made an exception with this one. Also, it appears to be tightly stitched rather than glued. The cover is very attractive and a pleasure to hold. Though the cover is vinyl, it's quality is high and feels a bit like leather. The print size is 14 and perfect for me. I found that most "giant" print Bibles are actually only large print (10-12 point). This one is very easy to read. The Bible isn't oversized like most giant print Bibles, instead it compares with any normal size Bibles. So you don't need to have failing sight to enjoy reading this one. It is the King James Version. I have a poster that read, "If it ain't King James, it's not Bible", so you know where I stand on the Bible Version debate! The footnote references are obviously not as easy to read as the text, but I found no problem with them. That said, I would advise the manufacturer to do two things, both of which would improve the book itself: 1. I would get rid of the references as they are not needed and there are no indications in the text to suggest that there is an accompanying reference. Since this isn't a study Bible, instead it is a simple reading Bible, the references ought to be dropped for a cleaner paged Bible. 2. I have never liked thumb tabs, which this has. I suggest that these are removed too. My reason for this seems obvious. Usually someone with failing sight is going to purchase this Bible, but the print on the tabs will be virtually, if not completely, unreadable for such people. Sometimes the tab cutouts come extremely close to the print, thus making the page look a little ugly. Since the pages have slim margins I think the tabs could be dispensed with. Why do I not like tabs? I have seen Bibles tearing at the point of the tabs. My two points are personal observations and in no way suggest that this isn't a quality Bible. I would buy it again if I was purchasing for someone else. I am very pleased with it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a giant print Bible that is still a handy size to carry around. If you are considering buying this, hesitate no longer.

Die Bibel sieht edel aus. Mir gefällt der weiche, wasserfeste Einband. Die Seiten sind relativ dünn, und man sieht die Schrift durchschimmern von den Rückseiten. Das stört aber nicht. Der Text in grosser Schrift ist sehr gut lesbar. Das Register ist hilfreich für das Auffinden von Bibelstellen.

Bought this as my first bible and have absolutely loved it. The tabs are super helpful for a beginner who hasn't yet memorised the placement of the 66 books. And the large print makes it super easy to read. Mine is now completely full of sticky tabs noting my favourite verses as well as sticky notes for my reflections. I've found that the pages are too thin to use highlighter, because even the colour yellow highlighter seeps through to the other side of the page and distracts you from reading the word. I've had to buy a second bible with thicker pages for highlighting in. And for anyone who doubts their ability to read the King James Version, I just want to encourage you by saying that this version speaks the most to the spirit of the human being. When I use other English translations, I am always disappointed in how they lack the poetry and the beauty of the authorised King James.
