Quest "Totem Longboard Skateboard, 36", Natural, (QT-BTM36C)

I bought the longboard for my 9 year old. He loved it from the start. Reading other reviews, it seems that the bearings used are on the low end. Not sure how much more aftermarket parts would improve the board but it’s easy to overthink a skateboard. I used it a few times to commute to a library and it’s fine.

This was my daughter’s first skateboard, she has had it for almost a year and she absolutely loves it!

I made 50$ In 2 hours one night doing Doordash\Uber Eats on it. While I might not take it down the steepest hill in town I found it to be a comfortable ride amidst rising gas prices.

This board was for my girlfriend and my second Quest board. Both work great and have taken a lot of abuse. Just needed a little oil and some of the wheels needed loosening when we first got it but that seems normal for these cheaper boards. No complaints except it doesn't seem to like steep downhills. It gets wobbly when it gets that fast, might be something in the bearings? I don't think this board is meant for crazy fast downhills anyway.

Seeing all the hype and cool pics of longboarding got me really interested in trying the sport put for myself. I was a little taken aback by the pricing of boards in stores and wanted to find something that wouldn't break the bank in the event I ended up not liking the sport. Enter Quest.With their many options including this mid-length board for an affordable price I gave it a shot. This board comes out the box clean and new. It's shrink wrapped in plasic with tags tied to the truck. They ship with a foam block around the truck and butted up to the wheel to keep it from rolling around or being damaged in the box. Removing the block is not easy and of you're not careful you could damage the wheel. A bit of a pain but I got it off okay. The tag includes a Quest sticker which you can slap back on the board or a sign or wherever.For the ride, being a total noob, I found it a little bit sketchy. Imagine the movies or cartoons where someone puts one foot on a skateboard and ends up on their back. It rolls smooth and quick when you put weight on it. That said, if you pick the board up and spin the wheels with your hands, the bearing quality is questionable. Some roll smooth and slow to a stop while others stop abruptly. Wasn't a huge fan of that.After several miles of light riding and getting comfortable on the board it holds up well. The wheels turn darker pretty quick, even on the cleanest roads. The top of the deck picks up and holds dirt from your shoes. But no more than you'd expect. The wheel bearings never seem to loosen up. The trucks meanwhile seemed too loose at first but it's something I've gotten used to. Be prepared to scratch up the board a good bit. That said, the board itself is the best part of the whole assembly. It's got a cool design, nice finish and has held up relatively well to bumps, scrapes and dings.All in all, this is a great board for the money but not a professional board by far.

The only reason why I am giving this a 4 star is because I paid for the 2 day shipping and it took 8 days for it to arrive, pretty disappointing to say the least.Overall the board rides very smoothly. It looks clean and stylish. It is extremely easy to know exactly where your placing your feet as the board is grooved all along the sides, making it easy for beginners to know where they are standing, placing their feet and where they need to adjust.A downfall for me was that the packaging. The board came tightly wrapped in plastic. It was very much stuck to the board and screwed on to the chucks, making it hard and fairly annoying to take off. The bearings were cheap. They need to be upgraded for sure. Before taking your board out for a spin, I suggesting tightening the screws on top as mine where not screwed in properly and where sticking out on top of the board. The kick tail is a little far back and with this the shallow angle of it makes it a little useless at times.But overall it is an excellent board and an easy steal for the price of it. Totally worth it if you are a first time rider.

Very happy with this board !Solid build and parts. Smooth responsive ride. Pretty forgiving, good for beginners and experienced. Nice size.Packaged nicely, brand tags and sticker.Looks are awesome !

I think this is a great beginner deck but the board was not functional out of the box. I had to have it taken to a shop and had multiple parts replaced before the board rode properly. I love this thing and it is a good beginner board but only if you have the patience to deal with a potentially inoperable board at first. It’s a shame it came that way or I’d rank it better.

I am very disappointed 😞 my daughter was wanting for her unt gifth for a long time and delivery took more time than it should by the end we received the item in very bad conditions it looks like used beforeThank you for your reactivity the skateboard was changed within few days it made my daughter very happy for this i changed for 5 stars

Me parece que pueden mejorar mucho el acabado, la mía tenía varios defectos de pintura y hasta la lija estaba mal puesta, ademas las ruedas son bastante lentas y no se puede dar vuelta tan fácilmente.

This holds me well, trucks and deck are good, road wheels good. You’ll enjoy this even if you’re a novice, it carves ok for a long board. Good value for the price, decent graphic.

El producto es tal y como se muestra, es un poco más pequeña de lo que creí pero está bien por el precio, exelente para transportar te a distancias no muy largas
