Poor quality item. The nuts were rancid. I wish I had read more of the reviews. They did not even look like the photos. There were very few whole nuts - mostly dusty looking broken pieces.

Some pieces are so hard you could break a tooth or a crown.
They are ok, could use a touch of salt, but be warned some of the pieces are like rocks. Not good if you have crowns .
