Defective product + worst return policy
Amazon delivered my order in just 10 minutes, but the product was defective right out of the box. When I requested a return, I was shocked to learn that Amazon will not arrange pickup. Instead, I have to waste half a day standing in line at the post office to send back something I didn’t even want in the first place. This is unacceptable. If Amazon can deliver at lightning speed, why can’t they take responsibility for defective items? Forcing customers to spend their own time and effort to fix Amazon’s mistake is not just inconvenient, it’s disrespectful. Quick delivery means nothing if the return process is broken. I will think twice before ordering again. Buyers beware: if your product is defective, you’re the one who pays the price in time and effort.

The product name dancing, talking toys. But only it talks repeat not dancing other than it is good. There is no indication for battery percentage so that we can know it is fully charged, how much to charge balance

Very Low battery backup and no indicator
1. It doesn't have charging indicator so you won't know that whether the toy is getting charge or not also you will not be able to know the battery percentage. 2. It has very low battery backup. 3. Sometimes doesn't work.
