ION Audio Block Rocker Max Bluetooth Speaker

So I bought this speaker because a co-worker already had one and after borrowing it I wanted one for myself. I already knew it sounded exactly how I wanted it to...as I was purchasing it I discovered that the darn thing has a battery in it! That made me even more excited as his unit was always plugged in. Thing arrived damn near instantly, ordered Friday it got here Monday. Turned it on and it sounded exactly like I knew it would...PERFECT for my job (warehouse). Anyways I charged the battery for a little more than 10 hours and nothing. Apparently the battery does not work...so I visit ION's website and see they are offering free battery replacements! A quick chat with their support, and a 1 minute phone call, new battery will be here in about a week! I am pretty sure ION Audio is my favorite company ever of all time! Best customer service I have ever experienced in my life....all this for a REFURBISHED unit!I highly recommend this speaker, I am blown away that it only cost $99!No stars on the battery life rating, but only because I have not had a chance to try that feature out yet.

I would give it 5 stars for the quality of the sound, but I'm giving it 1. When you connect the blue tooth to your phone and play music if you decide to switch it to the FM Radio function it doesn't stop playing the Bluetooth connections music in the background. A few days after the return policy expired the blue tooth stopped working all together. When you push the button the blue tooth symbol doesn't even light up. My advise it to stick to well known quality brand names.

I absolutely love this Bluetooth speaker. But the battery doesn’t last as long as my previous one!!! But it sounds great!! Highly recommended!!

my block rocker came in damaged and dirty , not in its original box .. but the sound quality is okay . i’m a little disappointed that it’s really dirty and chipped on the side
