Skinceuticals CE Ferulic is a 20% ascorbic acid delivery, which the founder of Skinceuticals found to be the most effective in the skin. Skinceuticals patented their 20% formula which is why they recently sued Drunk Elephant (and why DE just changed their formula). This formula is 15% ascorbic acid. So maybe not as effective but also maybe less irritating. It’s hard to tell solely from an ingredient list.
