Like a spa day
I have oily skin and this product practically disappears into your skin, leaving an almost matte finish and feel. I love the way it smells and the way my face feels after I've put the moisturizer on: soft. I use about a pump and a half and that's all I need to cover my face and much of my neck. I follow this up with the Devita's moisturizer with sunscreen since sun protection is vitally important to caring for one's skin. By late morning or mid-day, my face feels oily again (and, honestly, that could be due to the sunscreen) but I then give it a pat down with Urban Decay's De-Slick Powder and I'm back in business.I'll say this, since I've switched to all natural and organic skin care products--Acure Organics, Devita, Yes to Tomatoes, and Desert Essence--I've gotten nothing but compliments from friends on how lovely my skin looks. Of course drinking water, eating right, and exercise are key too, but one can't go wrong with Acure and with this moisturizer in particular. It feels and smells great going on and is loaded with good stuff. One thing I'll add is that I believe I go through a bottle of moisturizer about every 1.5 to 2 months or so. The pump stops pumping out product before the bottle is actually empty but, when that happens, one can simply unscrew the top and then tap the opening of the bottle onto the palm of the hand to get the remaining product out.For the price, the excellent ingredients, and the way it makes my skin look and feel, this moisturizer deserves every one of these 5 stars.

1/3 of the cost and feels like a top quality moisturizer
I was looking for a moisturizer to replace the Estee Lauder lotion that I was using which was discontinued recently. And I was surprised by how well this product compared to my former moisturizer. This cream is great! It is thicker than I had expected but the product is accurately described by the seller - it is a cream. Although it much more dense than the oil control hydrator I used to use, it doesn't feel greasy or heavy at all. My face feels healthy and nourished with each use and for a 1/3 of the cost too! My skins absorbs this moisturizer very well and the cream smells amazingly invigorating.I was very skeptical of the this product because it seems that there weren't many amazon buyers submitting reviews. But I knew I had to try something fast because I was running out of product. I'm glad I decided to give this product a try. It arrived so quickly in the mail that I didn't even run out of my previous moisturizer. In the past I have found that "oil control" usually meant alcohol was a major ingredient. But alcohol is so drying for my skin that it would leave my face red and irritated. Not this stuff. It doesnt contain alcohol and seems to be completely natural. I was so impressed by this cream that I didn't even bother to finish what was left over in my Estee Lauder bottle. Instructions say use it at least twice a day but I've been able to get away with using it only once a day

I like it
I'm finally the age where my skin is considered "mature" but so many products for the 40-50+ crowd are moisturizing aka make t zone too oily.I initially got this for my teen daughter but she didn't like the smell which, granted, is somewhat earthy, unlike the typical fragrances in commercially popular beauty products. I find those scents pleasant but often too strong. However this scent is light and dissipates very quickly, so it doesn't bother me at all. The texture is thin but neither watery not oily and absorbs/dries fairly quickly after applying.I find it moisturizing enough for my cheeks which are a little more dry and it doesn't add oily feeling to my skin during the day. I use a the Acute skin scrub about half time and a gentle cleanser, followed by this product and CC cream after. I avoid powers even though most people say to use it to control shine, because I haven't find a combination yet that doesn't settle into my fine creases around the eyes. I still have to use blotting sheets halfway through my work day on my t-zone but I don't know if any product would stop that completely. It's better than the Honest brand stuff which I love initially but it breaks the CC cream up as the day goes on. Too many oils i think.I feel like I'm still searching and trying to get a better set of products that will work together but it's hard if you don't want to spend sixty bucks for an ounce, and maybe even then it's not as good as they say.

Best Face Moisturizer I have Ever used!
This is my favorite face moisturizer. I think the people saying it is too oily are just using WAY too much of it. I put one tiny dot on my finger and lightly touch my forehead, each cheek, and my chin with it. I can barely see the dots on my face. Then I rub it all over and it works amazing. My skin is soft, the very faint smell is lovely, and I don't look oily all day. For reference, I have combo skin. It is either oily and shiny or peeling. This has literally been the only moisturizer I have stuck with for more than 3 months. I think I'm on my 6th month now with no end in sight. I love it. Just really, really--DONT USE TOO MUCH. You really do not need to! PS--this sized bottle lasted me through those first 6 months and I only just now ordered my second bottle because I am getting close to the end. I use it every day once in the morning.

If you can get over the smell!
I’ve really liked Acure products, however this moisturizer is NOT my favorite.Pros:-Does a nice job mattifying, which I love-Works well on my highly sensitive skin-Goes on smooth, like a lotionCons:-SMELLS FREAKIN AWFUL!-Doesn’t leave my skin feeling any more hydrated or nourished-not sure as far as the SPF goes, haven’t noticed anythingHonestly, the biggest disappointment is the smell. I really can get over it and it’s almost sickening. I’m so confused as to why it smells so awful. I purchased this moisturizer because it’s vegan, natural and had an spf but I would rather switch back to my Dewy Moisturizer - Florence by Mills
