A: Only rosemary

**Q: Does it contain phenoxyethanol?**
A: No, I don't think so. It is a pure oil with no additives, just rosemary herb.

**Q: Does it help with frizzy hair? Does it moisturize**
A: I like for conditioning my scalp, hair growth.  I don't think its a good application for frizzy hair or moisture.
