Pillow did not flatter with use, although pillow was swapped periodically. 5* product. ### ⭐⭐⭐ May not be great long term if you have an anterior placenta *by R***N on 20 April 2026* I bought this pillow at around 15 weeks and initially found it really helpful, especially for preventing me from rolling onto my back. The adjustable Velcro feature is a great touch, letting you tighten or extend it as needed, and I appreciated that it’s washable and even comes with extra stuffing. However, as my bump grew, I started to find it increasingly uncomfortable. With an anterior placenta, the pressure from the pillow against the front of my bump became quite sore. By around 27 weeks, I had to stop using it altogether because I was waking up feeling uncomfortable, and it was also triggering nausea and worsening my reflux due to the added pressure.
