Bike built poorley
I bought this for my granddaughter last Christmas. The pedals get stuck. And the chain has constantly fallen off. I was disappointed that for almost 200 dollars. At least the bicycle should have lasted for more than 2 months. Very disappointed, Amazon said since it was past the 30 day period, there was nothing they could. Shop a better made bicycle for your loved ones. This one is a disappointment.

Great bike and great service
I loved the bike. I had an issue with the seat and they solved it really quickly. Great deal.

ok
It was a bike my daughter picked out and loves it, but when I put it together you can tell the wheels are crooked. it still rides and doesnt have any visible issues when riding but it bugs me that I paid for it and its kinda crapy quality.

What a disappointment
Purchased this bike for our daughter’s birthday and paid extra to get her favorite color. It showed up and was the wrong color. Amazon customer service was terrible and in the end the best they could do is to give us $10 back. The front fender is so crooked (the photo is the best we could get it). The instructions are missing about 50% of the steps. Such a disappointment for the money. We have purchased Aceger products in the past and been happy but after this we won’t try again.

Pedals unscrew when riding it- UPDATE
My daughter is 4 and loves her bike but the pedals keep coming unscrewed making it super frustrating to go on bike rides. The seller responded and gave a link for a video. The pedals stay on perfectly now. It was a husband error!
