I wouldn't call it full coverage (it's medium coverage at best) it'll cover your redness and dark circles but moles etc will still show through even with 2 coats. It's truly full coverage (actually best applied with your hands, as if you're applying moisturizer, then "pat in" to blend seamlessly for a flawless effect), and the finish is actually natural, not matte. It doesn't settle into pores or lines, doesn't accentuate dry patches. It wears very well (though, I always also use powder and setting spray). It's just perfect, all-around.
