Cooks perfectly everytime ! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pros and Cons *by S***S on April 12, 2023* I have a cast iron stovetop pan for ebelskivers also, so in comparison: Pros: This electric model is WAY EASIER to clean, truly non-stick. Easy to use, just push the on button to heat up. The ebelskivers tend to puff up better in this pan than in the cast iron; I don't know why. Cons: I think the heat is too high. They cook fast on the outside but need linger to cook the inside and there is no way to regulate or reduce the heat. So, I found I had to turn it off and back on during cooking to kind of lower the temp a bit so they cook more evenly. Tjhis worked perfectly though.
