I love this cutter. It has done everything I’ve thrown at it so far & fairly accurately. Couple things to keep in mind when you get yours - it’s going to come with the handle on backwards so it doesn’t get snapped off in shipping - use the allen wrench that is in the tool box and use that to unscrew and turn the handle around. The handle will feel stuck, & it is because it’s locked - push or pull (depending on your orientation to it) gently away or towards yourself and make sure the lock position is not engaged. You will now be able to move the handle. Do not push the blade hard into the rubber mat because you can damage it. Great deal on a great device.

It works just as well as you think it would at first. I am a teacher and was using this almost every day. It is pretty compact compared to other options and is easy to store. The accuracy you kind of have to get used to; lining up your cuts can be a little difficult at times. It did get very dull fast, but I was cutting a lot of paper along with laminated paper as well. It still cuts, but it is definitely not as clean as it they were when I first used it.

This device is very big, very heavy, very strong and works very well. I highly recommend it if you have enough room to store it.

Got this to save my hands as I had a ton of decals to cut out. It's steadier and cuts straighter lines than a scissors. This works well with paper, vellum and thin cardstock (up to 80 lb cardstock). I also like how secure it is - the blade is very well hidden, and seems to only work when you fold down the clear panel and press on the orange handle/button firmly. I didn't worry about cutting my fingers. I wish it was a little sturdier, but for the price and my time needs, this was worth the money.

I lost the blade and wheel to my good cutter and needed a replacement quickly so I bought this cheap one. It's ok, but really not great. It is very lightweight and thin and would probably be good for someone who doesn't need to use it a lot. I used it to cut my sublimation designs and the extendable piece is not exactly straight so my paper doesn't cut straight if I line it up with that and the paper is a slightly thicker material which leaves little tufts of fluff when it cuts so it's not a clean cut. Plus when i miss the line by a little, I can't go back and do it again like I can on my other one because it just shreds the entire page. So it was worth it for the 2 days I needed it, but not a good business investment for me. It might be ok with regular paper, but you get what you pay for. I just needed something quick and cheap until I wither find the blade and wheel to my good one or buy a new good wheel blade for my other cutter.
