Reason for purchase: Add flavour to bland breakfasts The good: Its healthy, it is OK value for money if you can use it sparingly and a little goes a long way to flavour, and is very versatile, I added it to other things such as yogurts and breakfasts. The bad: It is quite costly, but It does last a while if you use it sparingly. Would I buy it again? Absolutely.

Fabulous healthy wild blue berry powder for smoothies or milkshakes Just don’t get it on your hands or clothes, stains hands, use a spoon. For that reason I appreciate them making packaging smaller so I don’t get purple hands putting my spoon into the sealable bag! Can definitely tell the difference as we are all bright eyed all day after having this Kids love it. Fitness keen young adult son loves it. I add 1/3 to half a tea spoon to 2/3 glass of milk and half banana , into smoothie maker to whizz (or use a blender) - voila smoothie in mornings 4 times a week or for the evening when you get home from school or work. Is filling and the packet Lasts months We buy this regularly couple times a year and I even send to my grown children at Uni via Amazon
