Excellent gut health
If you havenโt taken probiotics, give this product three or four days when you start. Your gut will feel 100% better after that itโs an excellent product and I couldnโt say more about it. I will definitely be a consumer for life.

Seems to be a good probiotic.
I think this probiotic is helpful. Seems to help with bloating and digestion. However, the Captial seems to have a bit of a taste when you first put it in your mouth.
