Love these. I have burned my share of oops I left it on meals. This pan takes the absue and looks brand new after. I also dont get the metal fume feeling that I got from cheap non sticks. This is worth every penny. I got my set and my wife hers so my carnivorous ways dont get in her pans. They cook everything beautifully. eggs, burgers, cheese, bread, no stick! Cleans easy too.

Excellent product what a treat to have a product that is, what was advertised. Clean up easy with soap and water, no stick even cooking eggs they just slide right of. Season the pans before use and your food will never stick. Keep temperature down about 2 notches that you were used too, if you have used some other brands of no stick pans. If using on glass top do not rotate or pull the pans across the glass lift up and rotate and reset to avoid scratches. Wok and pans can double as pots we have 2 sets, and they are awesome!

WOW. I've gone through multiple high end pans trying to find ones that worked, that didn't stick, that weren't a pain to use, and that cleaned up easily. THESE ARE THE ONES. Well built, they look good and work incredibly well. Stop messing around with cheap pans and get HexClad. They are worth it. As my other, non-induction compatible, pans need replacement, I will certainly buy more from HexClad.
