how long usb cord? Can it be replaced?

This has two cords. One is USB 2.0 to what looks to be a 4.4mm jack, this cord is about 20 inches long. Then there is the USB 3.0 to USB 3.0 Micro B, which is about 16 inches long. As long as you have the right connectors on each end you could use longer cords or a USB Extension.
