I recently tried the Ratio Soft Baked Bars in the Chocolate Chunk Cookie flavor, and they have quickly become my go-to snack! As someone who follows a keto diet, finding tasty, low-sugar options can be a challenge, but these bars hit the mark perfectly. The texture is soft and chewy, just like a homemade cookie, and the chocolate chunks add a delightful richness that satisfies my sweet tooth without any guilt. With only 1g of sugar, they’re a fantastic option for anyone watching their carb intake. I also love that they're individually wrapped, making them convenient to grab on the go. Whether I’m in need of a quick breakfast, an afternoon pick-me-up, or a dessert alternative, these bars are versatile and delicious. Highly recommend for anyone on keto or simply looking for a healthier snack option!

These are great little snack bars and they taste good. They are too expensive for me for the quantity you get, though.

As far a Keto snacks go I am familiar with the Ratio brand. I liked the overall macro-nutrients ratios and ingredients used for these bars. For me the size is just right to add as a supplement to a main meal. I will say that there is an aftertaste that usually found with foods that use artificial sweeteners and these bars are no exception. I bought bought both bar flavors offered by Amazon and honestly could not tell any difference. Fortunately I am good with the overall taste. Good value when they are on sale.

I've been buying these for a few years now, and until recently, they've been quite good. As advertised, soft baked bars, moist and flavorful. My last two orders however have not been. Out of a box of six bars, one *might* be softish, but 2-3 are dry, crumbly and flavorless. The remaining bars are hard as baked bricks with an overpowering/off-putting amount of cinnamon. This last bit is important and quite telling as cinnamon is not a listed ingredient. I've experienced this sort of reduced product quality from other items I previously enjoyed and stopped buying. The pattern seems to be that a once good product supplier either changes to lower cost ingredients or outsources production to a less capable vendor who either changes the recipe or substitutes lower quality ingredients to increase profits. I cannot say for sure this is the case with Ratio and this product, but the quality has diminished. Hopefully this is temporary, and they will improve on quality control.

I can’t even count how many keto friendly bars, cookies or snacks I’ve tried and took one bite and threw the whole thing away. Others were just tolerable to grab out of necessity when busy and on the run. This is the first one I’ve tried that is actually delicious and I look forward to eating. I count total carbs and not net carbs so I do have to be careful as the 11g is 1/3 of my allowed daily carbs so I have to plan for them as a special treat but if you’re doing net carbs, at only 2 net carbs, they seem ridiculously decadent.

Very soft and chewy. Keto friendly. Delicious.

If the price dropped, it means the expiration date is coming soon. The product should be SOFT, but it was so hard texture. I noticed that the product was old.

I am a diabetic and sometimes want a treat that’s somewhat sweet. This treat does the trick! These chocolate chunk cookie bars are so good and does not set me up for a sugar spike. My friends now buy these as well as they like them too even though they are not diabetic
