Advantages of the Solid Single-core conductor We employed for our headphone cables a solid single-core conductor ? this is a world first. The conductor of conventional headphone cables is a "stranded type" made from twisted thin wires which causes stray current (so called "Strand jump phenomenon") on transmission. This Stray current generates several serious evils in sound such as a distortion, noise and an incidental sound. Using single core wire avoids stray current and does not generate such evils in sound.
