Excellent Camera and Outstanding Customer Service
I’m very happy with my new Nooie 360 Cam 2 and especially impressed with Nooie’s customer service. I initially had an issue with my old Nooie camera, which I had been using for almost six years, and the support team was extremely helpful throughout the process. I was offered a 50% discount to upgrade to a new camera, which I really appreciated. There was also a very unusual delivery issue where I initially received a completely unrelated item instead of the camera. The Nooie support team took the situation seriously, investigated it with their logistics provider, and kept communicating with me throughout the process. The correct camera was eventually delivered, and they continued helping me with my Nooie Plus subscription and setup. My new camera is working beautifully, and I’m very happy with it. The image quality is a great improvement over my old camera, and it’s perfect for keeping an eye on my pets while I’m away. I was genuinely impressed by how responsive, patient, and helpful the Nooie team was throughout everything. It’s not often that you find customer service this good. I will definitely recommend Nooie to my family and friends!

Nooie 360 review
To everyone who will read this: 1) Please ignore the mess inbthe bedroom. 2) The covered images are my wife and my 7 month old daughter. 3) Cam says living room 360 but it's in the bedroom (cause you can move your camera around) 4) let's get on with the review then.. Ok, first off, I don't write a review for a product unless it is a) Is extremely satisfying and the Customer service was amazing or (b) the product and the customer service was absolute crap. In this case, I am glad to say it was (A) as both the Nooie 360 cam and the Nooie customer service team, were both amazing. We first bought the Nooie cam indoor 1080 P, which were fantastic as the picture quality in both black & white and color came out great. A few weeks in, something went wrong with one of the cams and a black spot showed up. I contacted Nooie and thier customer service was excellent and they sent me a new one, no questions asked. I also inquired if they had a camera that would also move around freely and they suggested the Nooie 360. I ordered a 360 to test it out and the 1st one was defective, amazon sent me a replacement the very next day thanks to the Nooie customer care team. I would recomend the Nooie 360 and the indoor cam to anyone in a heartbeat. The quality and the customer service are amazing. If I had to give 1 negative score, it would be the fact that these cameras dont work on the 5G network, it's a technical frequency thing. On the positive side: not being on 5g, does not effect the quality of the video and pics. The price point is really good for the product quality. The 360° direction and the zooming in and out feature, is phenomenal. Also, you can have a 2 way conversation or just watch quietly as a creeper, through the camera😎🤔on second thought, Don't be a creeper🤣. Another thing about the Nooie cams is the fact that you can addd your your own micro SD to record your videos and pics or you can subscribe to the network cloud and they will store everytjing for you for a small fee. Last thing, the 360 is motion qctivated and it's an option you can choose in the settings. It's creepy at first but it's great for kids as the camera truly does follow you around. Really neat feature!! Well, I hope this review will clear any doubts you might have towards purchasing this product. Goodluck and Godspeed!!! 5 out of 5 star!!

One of the Best, Even Better
A few years ago we were looking for a video baby monitor to keep tabs on our first grandchild while she slept at our house. I discovered the original Nooie 360 and quickly realized that it was an amazing value. I’ve had professional experience in video production, computers and security devices. The 360 had many features and performed better than devices costing many times as much. Recently I became aware of a “New and Improved” model and was asked to review it as well. From the posted specifications the changes seem to fall into three main areas. 1. The color of the device changed from white to black. 2. The camera is improved 3. I had read somewhere that this camera supports the 5 ghz WiFi band. This information was in error. The value of these other improvements are explained as follows. 1. The black color helps hide the device in a darkened room. Our granddaughter, now age 6, complained about the camera watching her. In my opinion she is far less likely to notice the black camera. The original camera had enabled us to see her escape from her pack n play and find a set of permanent markers and decorate the side of her pack n play. We were able to stop her before she graduated to the walls and remove the markers from her possession. 2. The new camera has improved night vision and resolution. These improvements will make a great product even better. Let me quickly mention some of the things that make this camera a great choice. First, it is a very good camera. It does well in low light and does a fair job with audio as well. The camera can be mounted upside down and the image inverted through software for ceiling mounting, a great advantage. The features are great. You also get a choice of local storage and/or cloud storage. Local storage requires a mini SD card which is sold separately. The new model supports up to 128 gb SD cards. I always prefer local storage, but it’s nice to have the option. Weaknesses: Yeah, there are a few. Control and monitoring is limited to smartphones and some tablets. There are apps for both Android and Apple. What’s missing are a Windows and a Mac App. I would love that plus the ability to record on the PC’s media. The ability to use an external microphone would also be great. Where am I headed with all this? I put myself through college by videotaping counseling sessions at a local university. Years later I was videotaping focus groups for an advertising agency. In both instances a camera like this would have freed me from this boring task. Nooie is about 90% there. The camera’s image quality is excellent. The ability to follow movement may be a bit choppy for broadcast, but is more than acceptable for observations. The microphone sound quality is reasonable. All that is needed is the ability to observe and record on a laptop. The range of motion on the tilt function could be a bit better, especially when the camera is mounted on the ceiling. The SD card slot access and location leaves a lot to be desired. I had one SD card miss the mark on the original cameras and fall inside the device. It’s still in there somewhere. It doesn’t seem to be interfering with the operation of the camera. The camera lacks a physical shutter to cover the lense. The software is much improved, but still could be better. In conclusion, the camera is still an outstanding value. The new release is an improvement over the original. This is still a great value and I’ve given Nooie 360 Cameras as gifts and highly recommend them.

Another solid product from Nooie
Another solid product from Nooie The Nooie 360 2k is a solid performing home monitoring camera. I have a Nooie 360 and just got a new 2k. They use the same software and look identical. Setup was easy. I like that you can add a micro SD card for recording without needing an annual subscription, required by many other camera providers. The 2k seems a bit more responsive (though that may be my imagination) and the camera is a step up from the original. I was surprised that I didn't notice too much of a difference in the daylight. The Zoom seems the same and the quality is very good but not really discernable from the 360. See spoked in photo of the toy in the crib. However, at night, the color camera continued to work even jn very low light. With the bedroom door open, just the light coming in from the hall was enough to keep the camera working in color. Another feature I like is that the led lights used for the night vision are a wavelength that is not visible to humans. In addition, you can disable the camera on status light. So, the cMera can be working and not show any indication that it is on day or night. Many other areas have the led.lights that glow red at night. This camera does not. I know my grandson appreciates not having strange lights glowing from across the room. Thw software is descent and easy to navigate. I do wish that the recorded section allowed an easy way to ID and jump to sections where motion or sound was detected. Currently you can use the actual notification to jump to the recording, which is cool. But, when the notification is deleted, a flag that you could jump to would be helpful too. I think both the Nooie 360 and 360 2k are good fits for my monitoring needs. While I have no complaints about the video quality, I do hope they come out with 4k model for a more distinct video upgrade.

Great upgrade from original 360 Cam! Clearer and faster
First of I want to say that I have many Nooie products. I am a big fan of their ecosystem even when compared to big tech companies' alternatives. The way the cameras can pan and move is unrivaled compared to even the most expensive Nest or Ring cameras, and the 360 Cam 2 is no exception. It is noticably faster and has higher video quality than it's already highly capable predecessor (the Original 360 Cam). These two qualities alone are worth the price of admission for the 360 Cam 2 relative to the original 360 Cam. I am in the process of changing some of my existing 360 Cams to 360 Cam 2's because they really are better and worth the upgrade (if it is for home security). If you are using your 360 Cam for watching pets, babies, or even a 3D printer (like I do) then the original 360 cam will be more than enough for those needs. For my needs, I require our cameras to be ceiling mounted and to have the capability to keep watch over larger areas so higher resolution cameras are a must. As a bonus, the 360 Cam 2 has noticably faster panning and movement speed compared to the 360 Cam. Those are the 2 main differences over the original 360 Cam and you can refer to my review of that one to see why I like the original one so much as well. The night vision is very responsive and fast, so you don't have to worry about no light or low light issues. Overall, the 360 Cam 2 is more than worth the price of admission and other companies would charge double the price for the same features. TLDR (too long, didn't read) Version: The 360 Cam 2 has very high quality and resolution playback with extremely fast panning speeds. The ability to mount it upside down and directly on the ceiling is the biggest selling point for me and my needs as security cameras. That is the best way to watch the most area and the ability to pan only makes it that much better. If you don't need the higher quality and faster panning, or don't need it for use as a security camera then the original 360 Cam is sufficient for those needs. The 360 Cam 2 is a great unit at a reasonable cost so do not hesitate to get one (or more) if you feel that it fulfills your needs.

Camera is great
I bought this because I wanted one in my boys room so even if I'm in the other room I can watch & make sure they are OK. It was rather easy to install. The only difficulty I had was getting it to scan to connect but found it was the lighting. My son loves talking to me through it & it has helped at night with bedtime. One funny thing is he used to sneak in his room & empty his drawers & hamper. Well after installing the 360 camera he tried & I spoke to him through it & he hitailed it out of there as fast as his legs would go 🤣 he hasn't done it since! I am using SD cards for memory & have no issues. The two way communication works, night vision is better than expected! It does lag on following movement at night but not enough to worry me. During the day it's really good on following movement. It does plug in which is my only issue since my son has a habit of unplugging things but so far he has not messed with it. Also, no 2 ppl can have control which is ok with us. I have control & just invited my fiance to share. I'd add pictures but my son's sleeping. Overall I'm happy with the product. We have the wireless security cameras we will be installing next & I can't wait. Update: I think it's important people know that the communication between customer & a service provider is a must. I feel like I jumped the gun in buying all nooie products because I have sent multiple messages in the last month to nooie with no response. The 360 is the best one I've received from them but there are issues with their other cameras & I missed the deadline to return because I was trying to be patient. The only reason I like it now is the sd option for memory makes it easy with no subscription. I can have an eye on my kids all the time so less worry but at this point I'm thinking going a different route due to the lack of communication & unanswered questions. Update 2: Customer service now has it where they respond in 24 hrs. So far that's how it's been. I think the 360 is the better camera which can be useful in your nursery. I have 2 & have one in the living room so I can keep an eye on the kiddos while cooking.

Nooie 360 Cam 2 Review
I recently purchased the Nooie 360 Cam 2 and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. Setting up the camera was a breeze, and I was able to connect it to my WiFi network within minutes using the Nooie app. The app is user-friendly and easy to navigate, and it allows me to control the camera's settings and view the live feed from anywhere using my smartphone. The camera itself is compact and stylish, and its 360-degree view provides excellent coverage of my living room. The picture quality is fantastic, with sharp and clear images both during the day and at night. The camera also has two-way audio, allowing me to communicate with my pets while I'm away from home. One of the standout features of the Nooie 360 Cam 2 is its motion detection capabilities. The camera sends alerts to my phone whenever it detects motion, and I can then view the live feed to see what's happening. This gives me peace of mind knowing that I can keep an eye on my home even when I'm not there. Overall, I highly recommend the Nooie 360 Cam 2 for anyone in the market for a reliable and feature-rich home security camera. It's an excellent value for the price, and its ease of use and high-quality performance make it a top choice in its category.

The worst thing I've ever needed to keep using
At our house, we utilize Alexa to automate and connect our tech — light switches, security system, camera, etc. Our security camera, Eufy, while compatible w/ Alexa, only displays a livestream for 5-10 minutes. That was unacceptable for our nursery so I began looking elsewhere and found, surprisingly, how difficult it was to have a camera livestream 24/7 to an echo show. I discovered the Nooie through a reddit thread and decided to try it out. It was a bit more expensive than my 2k Eufy camera but if it could stream 24/7, I was okay with that. I'd like to go over some details, none of them truly positive. Picture Quality: 3/5 The picture quality is okay. Low light is okay. Well-lit is pretty good. Night vision is okay. While the Eufy is incredible in all scenarios (relative to its price point). While the picture quality could not nearly compete with the Eufy 2k camera, it was okay so long as it could stream to my echo show. I actually still have the Eufy camera there to use when I really need a good look. Features: 2/5 I'll be honest, I don't use motion detection since it's for the nursery. I tried using sound detection for cries, but it would pick up every little thing. The Eufy has a specific cry detector which sends me a push notification so I still use that. Because of this, I'd say the features are pretty lacking for a specific baby-targeted monitoring camera. The 2k eufy camera isn't even marketed as a baby camera but it has cry detection lol. 360 pivot is fine, but nothing ground breaking. I will say that the redeeming trait is that it is able to push to my Echo 24/7... ish. Often times it lags out from buffering and will reset, but that happens once to twice a day, at most. And occasionally won't happen for a full 24 hours. It's inconsistent but at least it kind of works. Software: 0.5 / 5 I wanted so bad to give this a zero but that would be completely dishonest since it DOES work, kind of. The UX is AWFUL. To pan/tilt the camera, you have to swipe along the screen in an inverted direction, which makes sense like you're scrolling but it is not intuitive for a camera control — ESPECIALLY because there is a 2 second delay from when you swipe to when the camera moves. Get this, to make it even worse, the force/acceleration you use on your swipe determines the distance the pan/tilt goes. So with a 2-second delay and honestly a bit of a laggy application, I've at times accidentally rotated the camera a 180 degrees! Then I'm left swiping carefully in the opposite direction. I've spent upwards of a minute trying to reposition the camera. The Eufy has a simple directional arrow interface which works great. Of course there will be lag, it's simple latency of the camera going through my wifi network and being received by my app — it'll always be there with our technical limitations today; however, GOOD UX can FIX this. NOOIE TAKE NOTES, PLEASE! ALSO, JESUS. I put in an SD card so that I could have a timeline history of events. Which ultimately is pointless since there's no cry detection and it ends up recording 24/7, which is kinda useless. I'd love it to record on a cry, not really anything else. But anyways, the timeline interface IS BANANAS. Did they even test it? I work in the product/ux field and I could not figure it out. Granted, I spent maybe 5 min playing with it and thought it was so horrible I just took the SD card out and let the anger fill within me until I had the energy with a newborn to write this review. The timeline experience in the application is SO bad that it's unusable. It looks like they were trying to do something fun, playful, and cool, but this is such a flaw of design — GOOD design is the BALANCE, the HARMONY, of function AND form working in unison. A compromise of one over the other in ANY direction only makes the product worse — case in point, this application Nooie has us using. — To summarize, it's unfortunate. The camera itself is decent and the ability to connect with your echo show for long durations is a huge win. It's a huge shame that the biggest flaw of this whole thing is the software itself (I'm going to lump the lack of cry detection in the software since simple machine learning can fix this after the fact). It is a shame, but it isn't hopeless. Since it is mainly a software issue, a fix is also a software fix — way easier than a hardware fix. Maybe the buffering issue with the echo show canceling the stream can be a hardware issue, not sure there. Anyways, it's a huge testament that I got this camera and need to supplement it with the useful features of Eufy. While I praise Eufy above this, Eufy's biggest flaw is the whole echo show thing. It's so hilarious because it beats the Nooie in every other regard... but the echo show streaming lol. God, what is my life. Nooie, hire me. I can offer some consultative services to you and get your app headed in the right direction. Shoot, I'll even give you a discount because I need this to be better. Cheers, best of luck. Update as I made this too soon, just a day later from my review they released an update for the app. Now it won’t get out of full screen mode once I engage it. It is doing the most hilarious animation of the screen rotating, kind of minimizing, then rotating back and going to full screen lol. What a great update. ——— Update on Nov 24, 2022 Writing this on Thanksgiving as one thing I’m not thankful for is the Nooie. I saw they had made updates and was actually feeling optimistic when I noticed a directional interface to more accurately position the camera. However, a few things compound my frustrations and have taken this 2-star review down to a 1-star review. 1. While the directional keys are a much welcomed update, swiping on the screen still also moves the camera. So, when you’re pinching to zoom, you have a high probability of spinning the focus of the camera to the wall behind you. 2. Another thing with the directional keys — they’re present on the screen the WHOLE time and take up at least 30% of the view. Why not do what Eufy does and have a toggle to show/hide the directional keys? Utilize the right part of the screen for a button to do that… 3. It is now disconnecting from my Alexa device anywhere from 5 min to 30 min. I had mentioned this is the ONE redeeming factor of this camera is that it nearly stays connected to all my Alexa Echo Shows 24/7. I’m going to be shopping black friday deals for a new camera. 4. The app has gotten worse. Now when I leave the app in landscape orientation, I come back to some hybrid portrait/landscape view like the app didn’t know what to do. I have to restart the app to get it to fix. 5. This may be the worst… at times, the camera wont’ load at all. We end up closing/reopening the app multiple times to get it to work. That should be the one thing that actually works right. With that pointed out, this camera is now quite literally junk. It’s not usable.
