Eh..
It's alright. It doesn't really have a taste, it's just kinda hot for a split second and disappears. It's fine in tea or hot chocolate. Gives it a nice kick. Food, not so much.

Amazing and super spicy but the honey balances is out perfectly and a must have to go with your pizza.

¡Delicioso! Excelente con una buena rebanada de pizza. Es algo caro, y acabo de verla 100 pesos más barata en un supermercado, ¡pero el producto es muy, muy bueno!

This definitely has some heat—and that’s coming from someone with a high tolerance for spicy peppers! Great flavor and a really good value for the money. Highly recommend if you like a little kick!

Me parece que en el camino se ha de haber aplastado, porque el sello no estaba 100% abierto, pero espero no contamine el producto, se que es miel y no pueden crecer bacterias ahi, pero aun así.

Definitely has more of a kick than the regular version. After the initial tasting and reading the label, I was concerned they just added capsaicin extract. There is no mention of specific peppers, just a reference to "extra" peppers. In my opinion, they used ghost (bhut jolokia) peppers based on the smoky, somewhat harsh, back of the throat burn. Again, my opinion, but not the best pepper for flavor or in combination with honey. This would be much better with a brighter, citrusy variety like scotch bonnet, fatalii, or habanero. The smoky heat and flavor pretty much confines its use to meat heavy foods like ribs, burgers, or sausages. It's not for me, but still a good entry in the hot honey space.
