My daughter just turned 1 on Halloween and we was having her a Halloween 1st birthday on 10/26 that everyone had to come in costume i was unprepared that her costume would not fit. She is 12-18 months in size and this was way to small. Hardly could get her arms through it. Once we got it on it was like a shirt and not a dress. Highly disappointed that we had to take it off of her and she was they only one besides adults not dressed up for her own party. We had to buy another costume for Halloween.
