RichellOption Panel for use with the Convertible Elite Pet Gate

This is deceiving if u look at the picture. The picture shows 3 panels and a gate. This is not what u get. U only get ONE panel and NO gate! I thought I was ordering a gate panel only, but it is just a side. I already have 3 sides from my 6 panel I ordered and need another gate. I haven't found anywhere that sells just the gate panel for this convertible elite gate. The color is a honey brown which is pretty but my house is all dark cherry. Wished they made other options for color. I love the gate tho. Just will send this panel back and have to order another 4 panel gate just to get the gate. What a waste of money to buy a whole panel gate system when all u need is the gate!

After reading the positive reviews for this gate (room divider) I decided to purchase it, even though I was very nervous because of the price. I'm very glad I took the risk. The gate is exactly what I needed to divide my family room and kitchen. I have a very playful goldendoodle puppy and I babysit children so it has been a lifesaver. I purchased the extra panel to make sure it extended the entire length of my room. I have received many compliments on this amazing gate. It looks nice and provides protection for very open areas. One of the panels operates as a door that is very easy to open and you can place it anywhere. My husband put it together in less than 10 min. If you want to save your carpet during potty training with your puppy or you need to protect children from a very playful puppy, purchase this gate. You won't be disappointed!

I like this product (I had a 6 panel system that I wanted to expand to 8). so I ordered 2 extension panels. However, when I received them (each panel shipped separately) one of the connector dowels was broken. As I needed it ASAP I was able to zip tie the panels together, but need a replacement dowel. I called the company, no one in office. Emailed, no response yet.Update... I have tried reaching out to the company via email and phone since receiving the broken Coupling Rod for the past 2 months. I have NEVER been able to get ahold of anyone, nor have I received any response via email. Though the product itself is good, I would not recommend purchasing it because there is ZERO Customer Service. Score changed from 4 stars to 1 star.

Absolutely solved my problem when the living room carpet was involved! She's just a puppy but a lot of damage can occur before they get the message! It was easy to assemble and if you have to have a fence this one looks good (as fenses in the living room go). Made well and tall enough. This dog can jump soooo high and not my first dog to compare jumps with. This keeps her on the right side of the carpet and I feel it will last longer then we will need it. Wishful thinking? Please I hope not! Definitly a good investment if your starting with an untrained puppy!

This gate system is well worth the money. We have 3 small dogs. We can configure this however we want it in only minutes! If we want them in the kitchen, confined to another room when service people come, or blocking off the front door access when guests are arriving for parties, it takes only minutes to change around. I can't live without it now! All that, and it looks great in the house.

This product solved a problem I've had several years with my German Shepherd. I have fenced him off from access to my living room and although he could probably jump over this, he doesn't. It's not cheap but it looks nice -- it's furniture quality -- and I don't have to worry about my living room being a mess anymore. Thank you!!!!

This system is gorgeous. We have it in our family room and it looks like a lovely piece of furniture, while being able to confine even very small dogs. Easy to reconfigure also. Not too light, but not too heavy either. Very happy with the product, and in fact ordered more sections after the first ones arrived.

Love the quality. Although mine was damaged in shipping, I received a replacement within 2 days and UPS picked up the old one no problem. I love these, best pet gate hands down.

Just the perfect color and size, keeping the dogs from the dogs. The dogs not happy. The cats are happy, they are testing the dogs, you can't get me attitude.
